Our Rage has been silent, discarded, minimized, and overlooked for far too long

Our Rage is young and old in emotion and one we often turn inward on ourselves.
Rage is an accumulation of anger that was born of the known and unknown traumas in childhood.

Our Rage is an oppressed child, and it is my belief that part of our sacred work is to accept the deep dive into the psychological AND spiritual practices that allow us relief and understanding of the trauma of NOT having our experiences appropriately addressed.

Since Rage is born in the face of trauma, marginalized Black, brown & indigenous bodies are frequently on the front line of this burden. Our land, our People, our ancestral lineage have given many of us the divine opportunity to address this “demonization” of Rage. Rage simply wants to be seen, regarded, loved on & addressed. This is the time and the opening in our Collective Unconscious to do so.

I hope you join me.

In Our Time Together,
You'll Learn:

How to acknowledge your Rage as a sacred container. You'll be better able to understand your Rage as a sign that your boundaries have been, or are being, crossed.

How to better understand the six disguises of Rage that we have established in childhood, as a way to survive & cope, and what this means for you, as outlined in Ruth King’s book, Healing Rage.

How to begin to understand the chords of connection between our own Sacred Rage and the trauma of ancestral lineage.

I've Been Lovingly called
the "Rage Doctor"

Hi, I'm Jennifer Mullan

I have an intimate relationship with my ancestral, emotional, psychological & physical sacred Rage. I have, and continue to, dive into the depths of my personal and ancestral loss and grief.

I have conducted weekend retreats for university students, as well as conducted group and individual sessions centering Rage, for the past 11 years. In these sacred spaces, we created containers of vulnerability, whereas predominantly QBIPOC, where we listened to, walked with, and learned from our ancestral rage stories. They talk to us. Do we listen?

Part of my calling in this world is to shed light on how each of us embodies a very specific and sacred rage inheritance from our parents & ancestors that has shown up for us as an opportunity to heal and transform personal & intergenerational suffering.

Additionally, I am a trained Clinical Psychologist, Espiritualista, Ancestral worker, Community Organizer, recovering Academic, and I love co-creating spaces of bravery & safety with folks.

My work is to unpack the oppressive legacy of modern mental health practices

My work is particularly for Queer, Disabled, Indigenous, Black and Brown People of Color (QIBPOC).

I believe that dialogue is an essential component in addressing the profound effects of systemic inequities and ancestral and intergenerational trauma on people’s mental health and that's what I'll be covering in this webinar.

This Webinar Is Perfect For You If…
